No, bad example! SCU didnt even get a speeding ticket. They received a "Please Explain" regarding
1] Statements made in their 2016 annual report
2] Non-release of material information at the time
3] Questions regarding the impairment loss in that report
4] Questions regarding the revenue lines from their quarterly
This was NOT a "speeding ticket" in relation to the price rise after their MS announcement.
No way in hell will MDA get a speeding ticket after releasing such a straight forward, positive announcement.
