Keeping in mind this is only 2D.... these are relatively shallow models which is why they initially looked at open pit trying to reach the bottom using 45 degree walls, I assume, WE'RE FINDING even more gold deeper, that's what the last few resource updates have been about .... dig to the bottom alongside then start blowing it up form the bottom up.
