Yes they are not as good as shining people on as others but i see that as a good thing. I don't want to be conned by professional liars.
People can take the announcement as they like. I take it as a hurdle jumped and zeroing in on financing. Given they said end of March before, this means they are now looking at something like end of April. People can't have it both was complain vociferously that they don't say anything them complain when the do add what detail they can.
Anyway I'm going interstate for Easter so I have some sympathy.
