All CEOs of these micro companies do the same thing, they pay themselves ridiculous money when the company isn't even cash flow positive. They hand themselves ridiculous amounts of shares just because they can.

It's borderline criminal.

I'm in the same boat , bought this trying to catch a falling knife. I bought this thinking YBR would pickup a decent markstshare but it sure is moving slowly off such a small base.
Still can happen over the long term, here's hoping, just needs to happen in bigger chunks and people at the top need to put company first rather than pay themselves stupid money.
