I've no real problems with those there going out the door. This is a result of their own actions and in actions, My issues with them were:

1. Share price wallowed, discount blew out, no vision or message to respond
2. Sold CAML to CGA for $13m, it came on at market at $60m+ . This was value that should have been in our hands, not CGAs. Obviously the market did not rate the ability of the board to make something of the fund manager part of the business while in their hands
3. Others about fat fees during the takeover especially

The fund manager now has control and IMO it will be a cashbox for them and their preferred brokers

It is disappointing that the people the brokers put up as the replacement do not have 15 minutes of experience running a company of this magnitude, or of an LIC. And that they by no imagination can be regarded as independent. All this is quite insulting to me as a shareholder

The company had and has lost its soul and heart, not sure if I'll retain my shares much longer in this one. The bottom line is it is a bottom quartile investment manager with an amateur board and too closely aligned to the interests of some brokers

I expect that it will be changed into a Small Cap LIC so that they can raise capital and be a bigger fund

I'm not interested in unlisted managed funds. I am not enamored with Acorn microcap performance, I might go have a look at Naos portfolio. Or ring Geoff Wilson and ask when he will do a Microcap Fund

You would think he would be licking his lips right now. Make a scrip offer even
