The way I see it, the more shares are issued the less the share price which is the negative effect of dilution so if price doesn't reach target then directors won't get their bonus so lesser shares on market. This means they have to do a lot of hard work to achieve the price above 50c and I am ok with that.

Sellers keep offering at 14c and buyers keep coming in and take them. Both sides have their reasons.
