Mediation is standard procedure before taking the next step of going to Court.
Unless a setllement occurs, which I am guessing is very unlikely, all this news release tells us is that the Wivenhoe case will almost certainly not have any outcome until FY ending 2019 at the earliest.
That is a long way off
