Tom used to be the MD but was pushed aside I expect due to disappointment over his performance the least of which would have been the poor stock purchasing. It's probably nor a surprise then that has decided to move on. The fact that he has sold his shares at almost the historic low I guess shows that he has little faith in the company. I see that a new institutional investor has bought his shares so perhaps they have the faith. Other institutions have come on board before and all have left licking their wounds. Every day I drive past the company's store on Sydney Road (VIC). Fading signage. Centre of the facade missing. Empty display frames etc. A clear sign that management is trying to conserve cash. Not an attractive investment proposition in my opinion.
