Ann: Change in substantial holding from CHN, page-6

Currently Chalice hold a little under 22 million shares [as of 22 march], it is well with in their cash balance to move up to 20% {a little over 48.2 million shares required} that would leave them requiring an additional approx 26.4 million shares and at current sp of .32c that would cost them about $8.5 million , easily done with over $30 million in the bank. So I am watching this space very carefully, if we get another increase in holders notice from chalice it will be very interesting indeed. Share price is going to move well north of 32 cents, expect some games from our 'caper' though. Hold tight people , make they pay 'YOUR' price not theirs.
