"Inertia by many customers to overcome"
is mentioned in this late newsletter but as to how each interprets it
is a different story.
''While the message may be accepted
by many opinion leaders, there is still the inertia of many
customers to overcome. It is the spreading of that message
by our Marketing and Sales effort to the available
customer base that will stimulate the switch to QFT and
the growth of sales; this is our focus and where our resources
are being applied.''
To me it says this is an area they seem to have difficulty or resistance and
things do not flow as easy or as fast as would be desirable
BUT the emphasis of the point they are trying to make is on:
"our Marketing and Sales effort to the available
customer base that will stimulate the switch to QFT and
the growth of sales; this is our focus and where our resources
are being applied.''
