Rae - just guessing here, as I have nothing to do with the underwriting and notices obviously - but I expect that the 44m bookbuild was fully subscribed with no premium, i.e. at $5.95, but if not - sub underwriters would have been compelled to take whatever was left over. If it wasn't successfully sub-underwritten for some reason, then the underwriter would be revelling in the left-over shares.
