    March 24 (Reuters) - 8i Holdings Ltd (8IH) :

    • Asx alert-acquisition of remaining 49% interest in financial joy inst.-8ih.ax
    • Entered into share swap agreement with seah weiming, daniel kao and ong kai ling, founders of financial joy institute pte ltd
    • Deal to swap remaining 49% equity interest of fji with 2.9 million 8ih shares and 107,421 8ie shares worth s$2.2 million and s$2.7mln respectively
