It's a pointless argument sevo.
What's important is will they make sufficient amount of money from it. Does the share price reflect those cash flows. Are we overvalued or seriously undervalued.
Internal rates of return are 33% here for the project as a whole.
NPV is $500m.
MC is <$30m.
