Good point, OUR COMPANY. As with any listed company, directors are meant to be retained/appointed to put the interests of the many, ahead of the few. Obviously the current board had something different in mind.
As far as SP goes, this fell of a cliff the day he, um, "left", and has risen nicely since news of his possible return.
Not hard to figure out what the "many" are in favour of..
Option 1 - Return to growth
Option 2 - Continued decline
Keeping current until May, may have something to do with "director entitlements", not sure tho..
