My fascination is where this all started for me, Michael Pascoe said that in his 30 years he has NEVER seen a Chairman not support his co-directors in a board spill. Perhaps without giving an explanation was his subtle meaning, either way, I want to know why Mr Kerr is supporting the replacement of his co-directors (lets not beat around, no support is lack of support is exactly that)
I mean come on, who are these 2 people? What interest do they really have? Have they even owned a CTN share? Had they even heard of CTN before (it appears) they were put up for this? Did they meet in a restaurant one night and say "hey, you too! lets roll the board?" I doubt it. I would really love to know who they are, why they are here, what funding they have received, how they are related to the Broker or to CGA
Really, what peanut would vote in favor of them? How on earth are they remotely experienced or capable of running an LIC? It would be utterly, utterly repulsive if a brokers would be telling clients to vote in favour of these guys simply because it benefits them for more trades.
DYOR all my opinion blah blah
