    Advice to Management
This company has received a lot of bad press in glassdoor, but people tend to only complain about the bad things in life, and take the good things for granted. Yes, there are problems, but that does not cancel out all the great things the company has going for it: people, product and leading technology.

Management needs to focus on bringing stability. With the recent change in senior management and the Executive team, some time needs to be invested in making sure employees are valued. People needs to be convinced that the recent decisions were made in the company's best interest. The recent changes, although sudden and painful in the short term, was necessary as the former Executive team was highly dysfunctional and the culture it cultivated toxic. CEO and Executive team has proven it can make hard decisions. There is a significant gap now in Technology, only time will tell whether a replacement can fill the big hole left by the CTO. These represent future opportunities.

The agility of the company has been what has attracted people to the company. Do not lose the momentum and don't be swayed by the natural resistance of change.
