Read the original fine print. No JV has been executed as of yet. S32 offering 1m US loan/credit facility. From my own interpretation of the recent ann S32 have just extended 0.5m USD of this to AQD. AQD also already owes 0.75m to another creditor. Do the math. That's at least 1.5m AUD in liabilities.
