They have $1m in the bank for office admin, and exploration costs are covered by JV with South32 who will be getting an option to acquire 70% of the projects in return for funding the exploration on AQD leases. It's not that difficult to understand and the whole thing was designed to avoid the need for a CR. This is a company with very low operating costs, $5m MC and $2m kicked in (so far) by South32 this week. I suspect some on this forum might have an interest in trying to spread a bit of FUD in the hope that SP stays low so they can accumulate?
