Looks like they want back in!
Not sure what their game plan is but they seem to be buying and selling at about the same price. Maybe they were hoping to scare a few retail holders into selling and getting the price to drop. Short term though, even without any media reform, I can't see how this can drop much below the current price.
I remain ever hopeful though - still waiting for that drop to 25 cents
