The contract wording needs to be exact...any ambiguity and we have the bull by the udders. Know nothing about details on mou with Tianmei but the Lian He spoke of a small processor so that's a possible first up LT issue........small processor will not cut it. One slip up and the Chinese turn around and say hey.....this is our processor and we paid for it so you listen to us. DANGER!!!

You could be on to something about more than 1 processor but I have no idea. My concerns remain with how existing sales channels will be treated when Lian He's processor is built and just how much product will be allowed to come out the other end destined for domestic markets.
