    Sorry Inverter, but I don't agree with you on this.
    There is nothing in AQD's Strategic Alliance Agreement with S32 that says that the $2m has to be repaid. S32's monetary imput is 'in reality' a payment to fast track exploration and drill ready projects to potentially supplement their mineral inventory. Any success will automatically benefit both companies.
    Well that's the way I see it anyway.
