Not sure what happened to Keith as there was mixed stories depending on what source you had. He had too much on with his own businesses in NZ, he was asked to exit albeit gracefully, he wasn't up to the job, he was only ever there whilst they got up and running as he was the only one with agri-experience etc etc.
Right now they have two NED's (Non-Executive Directors) with virtually no dairy or agri-experience and they are highly dependent on the CEO whom I suspect is being run ragged on multiple fronts.
It is a Board composition that is lacking and needs help irrespective of the personalities and more so some help on some executive duties including strategy, risk, communications as well as marketing/sales and contract negotiations.
