Current Directors might be adverse to any incumbents that do not belong to the private club. No doubt that a less invasive approach is preferable to all but sometimes that is just not applicable and the gloves are off.
What we are asking is for common sense to prevail with some board changes that have the skills and competencies to drive value and growth back into the business. Michael and Adrian's appetite for this is questionable and stubbornness might be the order of the day.
