I suspect the numbers are not in favour of a board spill as they would need at least 25% of the votes cast at the EGM and 5% to call the EGM. Secondly if they are seeking to remove the two non-executive directors then they will need to put forward two alternatives.

I know of at least three very capable candidates but like most experienced company directors they aren't excited about doing it by way of a forced ejection of current incumbents, they would prefer joining the current Directors and building out the Board capability with them.
