And to make matters even worse for those shareholders who unknowingly sold in the 23-5 cents range , because their board had given them guideance that offtakes & financing would be done in 2016 & in feb -march 2017 became jaded that nothing was happening , in frustration sold out- but infact there was something happening - board members contemplating a sellout of their shares to a minority shareholder .
