Don't forget there are some holders that got in early and then partially sold into the 59 cent price spike and have a recovery price around 12 cents and I suspect some of those are cleaning up tail ends as they cant see a positive future any more because they aren't getting any company or market guidance that inspires confidence.
I have to admit I am curious as to who dropped nearly 800,000 the other day...maybe an SSN or COD notice soon will clear that one up.
