The auditors have not replied, ASIC gave the usual response. Don't know what action they took. Discussed the situation again with a fund manager. He said that one reason why they do not invest in TAS or EDE is because of the "consolidated accounts" situation. Apparently it is "legal" but questionable.
I don't believe that it is ethical to include cash, the property of EDE, to be shown in the accounts of TAS as cash on hand even if it is legal.
My relative values are still proving correct for trading with TAS slipping further behind and my ability to trade now restricted by being light on with EDE. Recent trades have resulted in tax losses which is a plus with the falling SP.
