Hills haven't learnt from the introduction of their National Customer Call Centre which has had a huge impact on customers buying habits. If only Hills were honest enough to admit the damage the call centre has had on business, $$hundreds of thousands of recurring revenues lost due to incompetent transient staff and Management lack of understanding
Now sending operations to India, where they will have less control over the functionality, why not send the CEO, the chair, the board and senior management there too and pay them all according to Asian Awards?
That might rope in the majority of the 1st half years losses!!
It might then make the company viable?
