XTD's Future

It seems XTD business model is not working. Last year management told us two deals were close and failed to deliver. Early this year I was told that they were close to a deal in Malaysia and they failed as well. Perhaps they should just spend money on maintaining current screens, ditch all the directors and pay out dividends each year until contracts with Melbourne and Queensland are finished, otherwise this just seems to be a money pit.
