I bought shares pretty much on day 1 of cxxs existance (well before panda hill) and had a whole bunch of options which expired worthless

I am upset but in reality the share price was low before the takeover meaning institutions and the general investment community never warmed to the story unfortunately allowing a cheap buy out price. I was hoping this would be a. $1 plus stock but thems the breaks.

Does anyone think the previous MD resigned as a takeover offer was on the table then and he was annoyed that the board were considering it and could see the writing on the wall?
