Well guess what - he is an experienced and proven exploration geologist and his marketing will be getting the drill rig out there and drilling holes in the right place and hopefully coming up with high grade results, that sounds like pretty good marketing strategy to me, and is a proven method of increasing shareholder value for a junior exploration company.

You can hire someone to sit in the office and wine and dine brokers, and pump out presentations but that won't find you any more gold or deliver increased shareholder value.
