as expected the drought is causing power shortages which dashes their hopes of connecting to the grid - unless it rains.
BFS now delayed as they look at alternative energy sources, although this is not an underground mine so energy requirement not that high.
however there will be delays and cost increases.
in the meantime they may prove up some more resources and it would be an ideal buy for the other miners in the region.
