Apropos the statement in the Annual Report (page iv) that "Net Tangible Assets per Ordinary Security at 31 st December, 2016 are $0.06 (6 cents)" and the corrections previously picked up by posters here, I thought that this was, although being an oversight, was capable of being interpreted as a misleading statement.

I sent an email on Optiscan's 'Contact' line on Wednesday (1/3/17) evening. This was to point out the error and suggest that an amendment was in order.

The calculation by the way is - Net assets at P9 of the Report $2,259,415 divided by the 374,078,000 shares issued (contributed equity p20 of the Report).

Three full business days later no acknowledgement of my email and no announcement by the company to the ASX.

Don't think this is good enough. The price has crept up from the low 5 cent mark to the low 6 cents since the issuing of the Report and you wouldn't know if anyone may have acted on the basis of assuming that the worth of the company is at 6 cents per share.
