What i don't think the CEOs of these overseas companies appreciate is how small the World has become since the creation of the Internet,They need to be very careful to take notice of the News that is available.There have been numerous accounts of fraudulent companies misinformimg their shareholdersin the Uk.The prison sentences are often quite lenient which is a shame but at least things are being done.The uk has quite a good regulatory body and certain journalists are very good at unveiling certain shall we say misdemeanours.One such is Tom Winnifrith from ShareProphets.
