Issue is simply revenue growth. It is not as high as what I think it should be and what people want. (9% half on half is less than half than what I would like to see. Still not rating a buy even at this price.

As for a CR, not too sure that one may be required due to the following:
1. "Continue solid sales growth, including a significant new contract valued at $600,000 signed in January 2017". which I am hoping would require little cost deliver as they already had the resources to deliver.
2. Still have a cash balance of $1.91 million as at 31 December 2016.
3. $2.5 million in cash from Sonar/MyNet IP sale due to Tesserent by 31 May 2017.
4. New and renewed customer contracts with a total contract value (TCV) in excess of $2.15m.
5. On track to receive a Research and Development concession through the ATO of over $280,000 in April 2017.

So while the next quarterly may show cash burn I am thinking of another 700 - 1mil (due to office fit out), the following quarterly will have a massive cash injection of around 3mil.
