You can change the format of any of the columns after the data has downloaded, what you cant change is the position of the columns as then they will be filled with the incorrect data. The other 10 sheets are filled with data when the update button is pushed then copied into the all sheet.

The market cap is not great, this is just the raw data from yahoo. You could write a little formula in a new column to display the the number into the format you mention.

Also the slowness is due to yahoo servers being slow.
