You might be pleasantly surprised if you hang on to this for another year. The Q&A division continues to show solid growth. It looks like Track integration is getting sorted. Debt reduction progressing well. If they stay on trajectory I think this will be in the 20's again next year.

Most importantly for me is the communication from the company is more "straight down the line" than it was last year (which I criticised at the time).
