two thoughts. CTN is having a bad run. underperforming the market badly last few months. If I understand correctly, they underperformed ASX All Ords by 6.5% over one month, and 9.8% over three months. Wow. I think I could do that if I tried, but not that easy I'd have thought even if you were trying.

Second, this dividend policy of theirs, paying 6% p.a. even if dividends they are receiving is less. They state they have $3.4m in reserves, and have paid $116m in divs since they came up with the policy (a few years ago, IIRC). I haven't checked, but is there a risk that they can't continue the dividend policy for lack of dividends being received by CTN? (They say they have enough divs for FY17 - but beyond that?)
