The numbers you've punched in might be correct, but that's a mightily complicated spreadsheet so maybe you've used incorrect formulae in your spreadsheet.

For starters, there is a line item in there called "Cash Received on Close Out of Cross Currency Swap" which is a figure that has a negative value equivalent to an average of $200m pa... not sure where you got that figure from because it appears nowhere in the Cash Flow Statement in the audited accounts.


Because if I go directly from the accounts, starting back since, say, 2009 (that's as far back as I went to check), then cumulative Operating Cash Flow between then and 2016 amounts to $2.995bn.

Total cumulative Investing Cash Flow comes to $1.210 bn, so a surplus of $1.785bn before Financing Cash Flows, easily covering Total Dividends over that period that come to $1.676bn.
