nope not softening, just consolidating whilst the offer is still being discussed. the ratio of 2.04 smm to 1 pdn is slipping the summit way. currently:
PDN 9.07
SMM 4.56
Thats on the summit side of things isn't it or are my calcs wrong? 4.56 * 2.04 = 9.3024
summit reckons bidder will go higher, page-3
