insight... you're too kind! It could also be said that my imagination is running wild.

Regarding timing, your guess is as good as mine. Based on the latest Quarterly, they are targeting finance approval before June. Call me a sucker, but until proven otherwise, I'll work on that assumption, and I think the offtakes will be announced around the same time, as I suppose having offtakes in place will be a prerequisite for getting finance to develop a mine for a commodity with no spot market.

We'll know soon enough, but until then, I don't think I'll spend too much time thinking about this.
