"are developing" .. you have just said exactly why DRO will do well now and others are currently lagging... DRO have a working, marketable, sellable producs. Drones have already caused havoc.. so lets say they do splash out a few millin dollars on buying these... how much money would it save preventing one minor incident (not a major but minor incident)... if D13 come out with something better then they can buy that later.
