I emailed Steve and got the same response about the Contact Light expenses. Makes sense, and makes the situation more palatable.
Completely agree about management not living up to the expectations they set themselves. That said, you are right that this business is a huge takeover target even at current levels of operations, just look at the M&A activity over the last year in the industry from APO and OML.
