Lawsuit

Lawsuit goes back to Ted Pretty discussing using technology from the party and then deciding to use another vendor's technology.

That party feels they were cut out of the deal and they should be paid as if their technology was used. The issue is the amount of damages far exceeded the value of the contract by any measure which made Hills believe it was frivolous and offered to settle for a small amount that would not be material. Evidently that was not accepted and the larger damages are still being discussed or threatened in court.
