Just received the GM notice today. Does anyone seriously believe that shareholders will vote in favour of the resolutions without knowing the professional background and experience of the candidates ? or remove existing directors who are founders without a good reason ? What do the new directors bring to the table that benefits shareholders is a question that remains unanswered. Vote sensibly for your future.
