    Lookes interesting...
    A few questions though:
    1. why has this not been announced under the requirement to disclose to the ASX.
    2. What's the value of the claim?
    3. I have done some research on the Stellar company who looks to have been an inflight entertainment business that seam well established. Are they really going to make claim against a public company if they don't stand a chance to win?
    4. I assume this project is one of the sites they are using Lincor on. Was the project won prior to the Lincor agreement or after?

Putting aside if hills holds a good chance of winning the case why have I not seen any details around it. As a share holder of Hills in the past I'm very disappointed that we have not been informed of this. Hills should be reprimanded for failure to disclose as I personally would not have put another cent into them and I'm guessing internal employees who were aware of any legal cases would have pulled out causing SP to fall without me knowing.

Does Hills board understand what being a public company is all about? Sometimes SH$T happens but at least be big enough to admit it and move on.

I expect to see an ASX announcement within 24hrs detailing the case and informing holders of dates and claim. If it's found that they have known about it for months and just expected it to go away I expect action from the ASX and a full SP review around the dates it first came to light.

When will the pain end - Unbelievable!!
