Pak is one of four leaders who push for this deal to go through. The licensing permits and approval comes from higher above then the local people. The government is trying to build the country and an economy which creates more job for its people. Because of Pak greediness everyone will Be disappointed at him for killing the deal. If I remember pak wanted to get into business with GMC because he wanted to give back to his community or is it fill his pockets. Wiith the price of manganese increasing this is an opportunity lost for Pak.
