Ann: Termination of Binding Agreement, page-93

Have refrained from entering slanging match ,however if I was considering SI offer
I would demand a copy of "Off -Take Agreement" . What are time frames for agreement
for instance??? Is it still binding if production inevitably delayed??
Is this "Binding Agreement" with the Russians similar to "binding agreement" with Pak ?
i.e not worth the paper it's written on.
If Russians genuine ,why not step up to plate as Cornerstone Investor ???
