    i think you are spot on busfy......

    its been raining so probably has delayed whatever they were doing by another week....

    in the meantime other stuff is perhaps running, so a few people sell out.

    there is no real reason to buy or sell at the moment imo....

    would love an announcement though re what the upcoming plan is......
