900,000 options @ 0.001 were issued to employees of the company. We've seen 400,000 + 375,000 of these options executed and have likely been sold on market which is the reason behind the fall from 26c. I don't believe it is the directors doing this as it would require a change in director holdings notice to be issued in addition to the 3B.
It is not possible for "these guys" to "constantly convert and dump" like this as there are only 125,000 of those options left, and they were issued to employees of the company in lieu of cash.
This is artificial selling and it will not last. I'll be in the market to buy more stock.
